Jessica Cox visits HI teams in Tacloban City

Filipino-American Jessica Cox, the first armless person to fly a plane, has visited Handicap International’s teams in Tacloban City, February 26. Handicap International has been providing shelter kits, water pumps, livelihoods, and mobility aids to people with disabilities in Tacloban City and other disaster zones since November.
