Increasing Access to Multidisciplinary Diabetes Care (CVD Project) is a public health project that aims to (1) strengthen diabetic foot care services in Davao City’s public primary health care system as an integral component of the city’s Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Program and (2) disseminate Davao City’s CVD Program in seven other cities/municipalities which do not yet have health services for diabetes and CVD.

The project involves people with diabetes and other CVD risk factors, public primary health care professionals, and local government leaders and policy makers.
